Investor demand
What our investors are looking for
Every investor who joins tells us their markets, price range, minimum yield, funding method and timeline. This page publishes that demand in anonymized form so builders can see whether there are buyers for the inventory they are holding. No investor identities, contact details or portfolios are shown here.
How to read this page
Model Home Investor is a founding-stage marketplace. The markets and criteria below represent the demand categories we collect and the areas investors are asking us to source — they are illustrative of the registered pool, not a published count of verified buyers or committed capital. We do not publish invented metrics. When a builder lists inventory, we report the actual matching investor interest for that specific listing directly and privately.

Why we publish demand instead of counts
We are in our founding phase and building the investor network now. Rather than advertise numbers, we publish the shape of the demand and share the current, specific picture for your markets directly with builders who ask. If you're a builder evaluating a leaseback program, contact us and we'll tell you exactly what registered demand looks like where your communities are.
Post your criteria
Tell us what you'd buy, and we'll go look for it.
Investor criteria are what we take to builders. The more specific you are about market, price band, yield threshold and timeline, the more useful your entry is on this page — and the faster we can match you when inventory appears.
Your name, contact details and portfolio are never published.
